Join us as we welcome three award-winning Palestinian American poets to The Poets Corner—Zeina Azzam, Sara Abou Rashed, and Deema K. Sheehabi. They will share from their recent work and reflect with us on their identity as persons living within—and between—cultures, bearing witness to the struggles of Palestinians in the Middle East and in our own country. Their readings and reflections will open viewpoints often neglected in the current mainstream media.
Join us in welcoming them into our community of conversation as we seek to enter “bayna,” the Arabic word signifying “the space between.”
