Kristen Lindquist is a writer, naturalist, and avid birder on the coast of Maine. Her haiku chapbook It Always Comes Back was the 2020 winner of the Snapshot Press eChapbook Award (and is available as a free ebook, along with many others, at Snapshot Press. Her full-length haiku collection Island was the 2024 runner-up for the Haiku Society of America (HSA)’s Merit Book Award. She is HSA’s regional coordinator for New England and co-editor of the online Autumn Moon Haiku Journal.
