Camden Festival of Poetry Sponsorship

The Camden Festival of Poetry will be an annual event, brought to you by a dedicated organizing committee of individuals active in the arts in our community and by The Poets Corner, a locally-based online community with nearly 4,500 members.

Our intention is to create community support that will make this annual event a showcase for local talent and support the power of poetry to inspire writers and readers of all ages. We expect the Festival will offer a significant new cultural event for Camden that will draw many community members as well as a wider public to our town, establishing the Camden Festival of Poetry as a mainstay of the cultural activities offered annually in our community such as the Camden International Film Festival, the Camden Shakespeare Festival, the Millay Arts and Poetry Festival, and the Bay Chamber Concerts, among others. Your sponsorship will help to make this event successful in uniting our community through the joy of sharing in the life of the arts.

Sponsorship Levels:

EPIC - $1,000 or more. Recognition includes listing in festival advertising, program handouts, on our web page, and at the venue.

BALLAD - $500-$999. Recognition includes listing in program handouts, on our web page, and at the venue.

SONNET - $100-$499. Recognition on our web page, and in the program handout.

HAIKU – up to $99. Your support will be recognized on our web page. Any amount is appreciated!

Your contribution will help to offset expenses for venue, recording, advertising/website, refreshments, and a modest honorarium for participating poets and musicians.
